  • Transport During TRT

    Transfer will be provided as follows:

    • Wednesday, April 15, in the morning from the hotels to the conference
    • Wednesday, April 15, after the conference to the hotels and then to dinner
    • Wednesday, April 15, in the evening from dinner to the hotel
    • Thursday, April 16, in the morning from the hotels to the conference
      (please note that you must check out in the morning)
    • Thursday, April 16, after the conference, to the airport or to the center of Prague

  • Information Regarding Transportation

    Transportation Information

    Transportation for event participants will be arranged as follows:

    1. Arrival by Plane

    For all guests arriving by plane who will not be using their own car, we will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel in Mladá Boleslav.

    Upon arrival at the airport, a hostess holding a sign with the Škoda TRT logo will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall - TERMINAL 2.
    She will escort you to your car and provide all necessary information regarding your transfer.

  • Joint Dinner Information

    On April 15th from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., we cordially invite you to a joint dinner at the SKÁLA restaurant


    Transportation from STC or your hotels to the restaurant and back is provided.

    You can look forward to traditional Czech cuisine and a unique atmosphere.

    A quick note:

    The restaurant is actually carved into the rock, and although it is heated (the indoor temperature is around 18°C), we recommend bringing warmer clothes to ensure your comfort.
